What We Look For:
- Technical Aptitude: A strong grasp of web technologies relevant to your role. For developers, this might include WordPress development, Shopify development, front-end technologies (like JavaScript, CSS), back-end languages (like PHP), or other specialist tools. For graphic designers, this could include skills in Wireframing, Photoshop and Figma.
- Problem-Solving & Proactivity: Exceptional attention to detail and a cautious approach, especially in live environments. A natural ability to troubleshoot, solve problems independently, and proactively suggest solutions. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and interpreting project requirements.
- Strong Work Ethic: The ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and take initiative.
- Clear Communication: Responsive and clear communication is essential.
