We offer a range of Website Care Plans to suit all needs and budgets. All our plans are available for white labelling at an additional 25% of the standard price. Is website hosting included in your Website Care Plans?
Yes, website hosting is included in the price of our Website Care Plans. While it’s not a requirement to host with us, we encourage clients to take advantage of this option. It allows us to better look after their websites, ensure they are on a speedy and secure server, quickly perform server updates, and ensure reliable website backups. HTTPS certificates and daily back-ups are included free of charge on this plan.
Do you accept any WordPress website for your care plans?
We review all websites before adding them to a Website Care Plan to ensure we can provide the best possible service. We generally do not accept websites with fundamental issues that could hinder performance and require extensive fixes. In these cases, we may recommend a website upgrade before starting a care plan or offer a more limited plan to address specific needs.
Do you offer digital marketing, copywriting, or SEO services?
No, we focus exclusively on web design and Website Care. However, we have many partners who excel in those areas! If you’re looking for a specific service, let us know, and we can refer you to one of our trusted partners.
