Does my site type affect the price?
Our base rates are designed for standard brochure websites. For larger or more complex sites, we apply a ‘footprint multiplier’ to reflect the increased time required to properly care for your website.

Care Plan Rate: €100 / hour (A 33% discount for all active Care Plan clients, plus priority scheduling).
Standard Rate: €150 / hour (Applied to ad-hoc requests for non-plan clients).

What is Website Care?
Think of it as an insurance policy and a personal trainer for your website. We handle the technical work — updates, security, and speed — so your site stays healthy while you focus on your business.
What happens if I need more developer time?
If you exceed the included time in your plan, you can purchase additional developer hours at our Care Plan Rate of €100 + VAT per hour (discounted from €150 an hour).
Is there a support phone number?
We provide a dedicated phone line for urgent, site-breaking issues for all plans. For standard queries, we ask clients to email us or, for Growth and Ultimate plans, schedule a dedicated consultation via our appointment system.
Why does a larger or more complex website cost more?
A larger or more complex site has more components to check, secure, and update and therefore requires more time to properly maintain.
What happens to unused hours?
Any unused developer hours from your Growth or Ultimate Care Plan automatically roll over to the following month (giving you 60 days to use them).
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. We don’t believe in locking people into long contracts. You can cancel or change your plan at any time with 30 days’ notice.
Do you host my website too?
Yes. Every plan includes free standard hosting. If you need more power, we have Enterprise hosting upgrades available.
